ACEYantraa is a sole proprietorship operated by Rohan Goel, based in Mumbai, India. This policy covers aceyantraa.com and how it handles personal data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). Runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are used to calculate a score on the page and are never sent to any server, stored, or seen by anyone at ACEYantraa. Refreshing the page clears it.
Clicking a "Contact Me" or "DM" button opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message. The conversation that follows happens on WhatsApp, governed by Meta's own privacy policy, not this site's. ACEYantraa only sees what you choose to send.
The "Book a Call" links go to Cal.com, a third-party scheduling tool. Whatever you enter there (name, email, meeting time) is handled under Cal.com's own privacy policy. ACEYantraa receives the booking details needed to hold the call.
This site uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use it — pages viewed, time on page, general location and device type, and (via Clarity) anonymised session recordings and click patterns. Both set cookies in your browser to do this. Neither tool receives your name or contact details unless you've separately given them to us through WhatsApp or a booking. You can block these cookies through your browser's privacy settings, or by using an ad blocker, without affecting your ability to use the site.
There's no account system, no newsletter sign-up currently live, no advertising trackers, and no data sold or shared with third parties for marketing. There isn't a contact form on this site — every path to reach ACEYantraa (WhatsApp, email, Cal.com) is a direct handoff to a service you're choosing to use, not a form that stores your details on this site.
If ACEYantraa holds any personal data about you — for example, through a booked call or a WhatsApp conversation — you can ask to see it, correct it, or have it deleted. Email rohan@aceyantraa.com with the request, and expect a response within a reasonable time.
If what this site collects changes — most likely by adding analytics or a newsletter sign-up — this page will be updated to reflect that, with the "last updated" date above changed accordingly.
